This is a recipe for a perfect lemonade, it’s so tasty and refreshing, just try it once and you would never regret it. Tian ratatouille is a fancy dish that requires way too much time and effort to make and that has a meh texture in my opinion. A classic homemade ratatouille with veggie dices or random chops should do. It's a stew after all, not meant to have a particular plate organization.
Idk about everyone else but my egg plants are too big for this dish to make even rows.

Hey guys I used this recipe to make the technically "real" version of ratatouille, which is more of a stew. I made the sauce per the instructions and roasted the squash, onions (i used shallots), potatoes, eggplant, and zucchini in foil. From there I mixed the 2 parts together and made the stew. If u want the stew to be thinner, I added some water and chicken stock)
What wine to pair it with?
I prefer sauvignon blanc or merlot, depending on the mood. But then again, those are my go to whenever I drink wine, which I don't often. So take this with a cup of salt

i've made this 3 times and it's better everytime so good. my first time it looked awful but was still so amazing. It's definitely easier to make if your veggies are close in width. My eggplants were huge compared to my squash the first time i made it

Great look but we didn't see when he cut the pieces? How it look when he cut the pieces of ratatouille? We want to see what the pan look like when you cut it!!!! Want to know and see if there's a lot's of liquid in the bottom of the pan because you have put a lot's of olive oil on the top and there's a lot's of sauce in the bottom of the pan oh my( for my thinking it's a mess of liquid in there that's WY you didn't show us !) AND the vegetables makes a lot's of liquid also plus all of your oil and purée you have put there my goodness I'm sure its a pool ...Because I make ratatouille for at least 40 years and I don't put veggies in purée like you but I fry all my vegetables before cooking them all together in tin slices like you did and it come out with a little liquid in the bottom mostly the olive oil I put on top in the BIGGINING....Juste saying !!!😆😆😆
